User License Agreement

By accessing or using ImaginAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User License Agreement and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Rodro Tech Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ImaginAI solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

• ›You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign access to ImaginAI.
• ›You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• ›You may not use ImaginAI for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• ›You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• ›You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without explicit permission.

All content, features, and functionality of ImaginAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and source code, are the exclusive property of Rodro Tech Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you by this Agreement except the limited license described herein.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of ImaginAI and delete any cached or downloaded content. Rodro Tech Private Limited may also suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion.

ImaginAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodro Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of ImaginAI, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Rodro Tech Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of ImaginAI following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
