Refund & Cancellation Policy

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• ›The account has not violated our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• ›The refund request is made after 10 days of purchase.
• ›Any portion of the purchased credits has already been used.
• ›The account was suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
• ›The purchase was made using promotional or complimentary credits.

• ›Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• ›Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• ›Transaction fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted.
• ›You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

ImaginAI operates on a pay-as-you-go model — there are no recurring subscriptions. As such, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense. If you wish to stop using the platform, simply cease making purchases. Any remaining unused credits in your account will remain accessible until they are used or expired per our platform terms.

To initiate a refund request:

• ›Include your purchase date, transaction ID, and reason for refund.
• ›Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

All refund decisions made by ImaginAI / Rodro Tech Private Limited are final. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above. For disputes, users may escalate via email at info@rodro.in.
